Helen and Jonathan Tite moved to Solva with their parents in 1974 when their father Iain left the RAF. He had spent many happy family holidays in Pembrokeshire and he and his wife, Kathy, took the opportunity to purchase two derelict barns in extensive grounds near Solva which they converted into a spacious house, the Old Coach House. Over the years the house has been extended and improved. Helen and Jonathan have fond memories of growing up in Solva, swimming with their friends in the harbour where one year they befriended a dolphin, surfing, cliff jumping and sailing. As they have grown up, married and had children of their own, a new generation of the family has enjoyed the Old Coach House and all that the local area offers, from walking the National Coast Path or the Preseli hills to numerous water sports from the excellent local beaches.
We believe that this house is an exceptional rental property which will not be a secret for long. You can see the complimentary comments that people have written about the Old Coach House, Solva below.
