The House and Garden
The Old Coach House Solva is a former family home which was created by the renovation of two barns in the 1970s. It is set in its own extensive grounds which include three acres of woodland. The house is situated within 10 minutes walking distance of the picturesque West Wales fishing village of Solva with its numerous pubs and restaurants and there is easy access to the Pembrokeshire National Coast Path. The house can comfortably accommodate eight people and it has both photovoltaic and solar panels. Logs and coal are provided free of charge for the wood burner and guests are welcome to help themselves to the seasonal produce grown in the raised beds.
The Living and Dining Room is a stunning, high-ceilinged space with beams and a large wood burning stove. It has a wide screen TV with Sky (including Sky Sports), a Blu-ray player, a multi-media player and a Wii. There is Wifi throughout the house. Click to go to top of page.
The Kitchen is very large and is newly renovated. It is equipped with a Belling electric range, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen equipment and crockery are all of high quality. Bedroom Three is a twin bedded room located opposite the central bath and shower room whilst Bedroom Four is a fun twin bedded room ideal for children, accessed by a spiral staircase from the kitchen. Click to go to top of page.

Gardens and Woods. The house is set in several acres of land. It has a small orchard and ash grove and has three acres of woodland which in May are full of bluebells. There is ample space for car parking and the pond has a unique and safe cover designed and made by a local Blacksmith (jetblacksmith.co.uk). The front lawn is perfect for family cricket and the village can be reached by a National Trust footpath into lower Solva (10 mins walk) or a 15 min walk by road to upper Solva.
